Boost your local SEO and save time by automating high-quality, personalized responses to every customer review.
Activation: Toggle the Enable button in the top-right corner.
Platform Selection: Choose which platforms (Google or Facebook) the AI should manage.
Response Delay: Set a delay in minutes (e.g., 5–10) to ensure responses feel naturally timed.
Define Scope: Use the Apply To dropdown to target All Reviews, New Reviews, or Older Reviews.
Rating Configuration: Toggle the specific star ratings (e.g., 4 and 5 stars only) you want the AI to handle automatically.
Business Context
The AI uses your specific industry, services, and brand tone to personalize its replies. These details are managed in Company AI Settings and are shared across Reviews, Messaging, and Social to maintain a consistent brand voice.
How to Update: Click Configure in Company Settings to provide your business description and unique brand personality.
Advanced AI Instructions
Use this section to "coach" the AI on its communication style.
General Instructions: Customize your tone and requirements.
Example: "Be professional yet friendly, keep responses under three sentences, and mention our 'Satisfaction Guarantee' in every 5-star reply."
System Context (Advanced): This defines the AI's core logic. We recommend modifying this with caution to keep the AI within professional guardrails.
Note: You can always click Reset to Defaults to start over.
Test Response Generator
Before going live, use this "Sandbox" to preview exactly how your AI will perform.
Input Sample Data: Enter a mock customer name, star rating, and review text.
Generate: Click Generate Sample to view the drafted response.
Refine: If the tone isn't quite right, adjust your Advanced Instructions and test again until satisfied.
⚠️ Final Step: Click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page to push your changes live. The Reset button will clear all your current configurations.
