What are shortcodes?
Shortcodes are simple snippets of code that automatically pull and display business information, like the company name, address, phone number, or social media links, without manual input.
Create and manage shortcodes
To access your shortcodes, go to Settings > Company > Shortcodes. Here, you’ll see a list of the default shortcodes, which include your company name, domain name, address, phone number, and email address. These are pulled directly from your Company Details.
If you need to make changes, simply update your information in the Company Details tab and your default shortcodes will automatically update as well.
You can also add more shortcodes! To create or add, click on the Add Shortcode button.
Fill out the fields shown and Submit.
Any shortcode you add will include an Edit button, so you can quickly change or update them whenever needed.
