You can view your outbound SMS number by navigating to Messaging, selecting Settings, and scrolling to the Phone Numbers section. This number supports two-way communication, meaning customers can easily text you back.
Note: If your customers call your Text Number, they will be directed to your Voice Call Forwarding so make sure to update this field as well. |
