Showcasing customer reviews is no longer just confined to your Facebook page. With Unify Reviews, you can now share glowing reviews across all your social media platforms!
Access the Unify Reviews Dashboard
To get started, select the ✩ Reviews tab from the main navigation bar. Then, navigate to the Reviews section.
Filter and Find the Review to Share
On the right side of the screen, you'll see options to filter your reviews by date, rating, or employee. Once you've applied your filters, browse through the reviews and select the one you'd like to share.
Share the Review
After selecting your desired review, click the 'More +' button, then choose Share on Social.
Customize Your Social Post
This will take you to the Unify Social's Compose a Post window, where you'll see an automatically generated post with your review. You can edit the caption to suit your brand's voice or add any extra details.
Enhance with Canva: If you use Canva, you can click the Edit with Canva button to design an image that complements the post.
Choose Your Social Account and Finalize
Once you're happy with your post and any edits, select the social media accounts where you'd like to publish it. Before publishing, decide how you'd like to handle the post:
Save as draft for later editing.
Add to queue to schedule the post for later.
Schedule for a specific date and time.
Publish now to share it immediately.
Click Next Action once you've made your selection, and your review will be on its way to your social media followers!

New reviews are also automatically populated in Unify Social Tasks.When you access Unify Social, navigate to the Tasks section and locate the Filter options on the right-hand side. Select Google Reviews, and your most recent reviews will automatically populate. Each review includes a Share on Social button. If you click on it, the process will be the same as outlined above, beginning with the automatically generated image and caption in the Compose a Post window.
