You can now proceed to update your Unify360 Social.

  1. From the Social section, click the Create Post button for the platform you want to adjust.

2. A new window will appear where you can add or modify your posting schedule. Set the posting time per day by typing in the time directly or choosing Set Date and Time that appears when you click the Schedule button. You can schedule posts up to twice per day.

3. Don’t forget to Save your changes.

Congratulations, you're all set to create and automate social media posts directly from your Unify360 Social dashboard!

Refresh Your Social Media Account Connection

Sometimes, even if your account appears connected to the Unify360 Social dashboard, the social media platform itself may restrict or disable access in the background. When this happens, Unify360 Social is unable to publish your scheduled content. This is a common safeguard used by different social channels to protect your account. It typically occurs when:

  • Your access token has expired

  • There’s been a security update on the platform

  • You’ve changed your password or updated account permissions

To restore full functionality, you'll need to reconnect the affected account in your Unify360 Social dashboard. Here's how:

Step 1: Reconnect the account

  1. In the Integrations section, click the Manage button next to the account.

  2. On the Connected Accounts section, click Reconnect and Save Assignments

  3. You’ll see a message confirming that the account has been successfully reconnected.
