Our messaging system fully supports both inbound and outbound messages via email and SMS. You can easily switch between email or SMS based on the contact's information, with the default set to the last-used method, as shown in the example below.

Unify Messaging also prevents contact duplicates. It automatically detects and links a duplicate contact person, and then you can decide whether to merge the conversations into one thread and keep everything connected or to continue with separate threads.
