Benefits of Contact Forms

Unify messaging is designed to streamline communication, improve lead capture, and support data-driven decision-making — all from a centralized platform. Contact Forms serve as a direct communication channel, making it easy for customers to engage with your business. In Unify Messaging, submissions are stored securely in your dashboard, where they can be easily reviewed, filtered, and managed.

Dashboard Overview

The Contact Form dashboard provides a clear snapshot of recent activity. It displays submission statistics and includes tools for managing spam, viewing submission logs, and tracking form activity across companies. Submissions are sorted by the latest date and time, allowing for quick and efficient review.

Form Settings and Customization

The Settings tab allows you to configure the following features:

  • Add and remove contact form email recipients.

  • Add and remove phone number recipients.

  • Turn on Security Checks - spam filter.

  • Access the embed code and send it to your client for the website installation.

These options ensure the form aligns with your branding and communication preferences.

To edit or create a new contact form, you will need to fill out the Form Name, link to the page where customers will be directed to upon form submission, and the contact details of the employees who will receive form notifications.

Once created, each form is added to the Choose Form Settings dropdown menu, making it easy to manage multiple forms for different use cases.

Managing Submissions

The Submissions tab provides a summary of all incoming messages, categorized as:

  • Valid submissions

  • Spam submissions

This breakdown helps teams monitor performance and quickly identify legitimate inquiries versus automated spam.

The Contact Form is more than just a message box — it's a centralized tool that helps businesses stay responsive, organized, and connected to their customers. With features that support customization, automation, and tracking, it plays a vital role in any customer engagement strategy.
