To access, go to Settings > Account in the dashboard, where you'll find the following sections:
Subscription
The Subscription section displays the modules included in your current package.
Note: The Marketing Toolkit (which includes GBP, Keyword Reporting, Contact Form, Call Analytics, Website Analytics, and Reporting modules) will soon be transitioned to your Real Time Marketing Dashboard. |
Profile Information
The Profile Information gives you a quick view of your personal information in the dashboard. You can also upload your photo, edit your name and phone number, or update your own password from here. Be sure to hit the Update button after making any changes.
Note: If you need to change your email address, please contact the Support Team for assistance. |
Edit Your Profile Page via the Mobile App
You can also access and update your Profile through the mobile app. To do so, slide up the gray bar at the bottom of the screen to open your Profile page. From there, you can update your phone number or password. Don't forget to tap the Update button when you’re finished.
