How to update review request link in the Service Titan survey?

If you are using Service Titan, these instructions will guide you through updating the job completion survey review link that Service Titan automatically sends when a job is completed and an invoice is sent.

Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you integrate the Unify review link from your job survey into Service Titan.

Step 1: Log into Service Titan and Click the Settings Icon

Step 2: Select Communications

Step 3: Choose Customer Notifications and click Text and Email in the Job Completion Surveys field.

Step 4: Click the Text tab and ensure that the toggle switch is turned on!

Step 6: Paste your Review Link into the Text Message Content box.

Click Customize to edit your survey message and insert your Review Link Short URL.

Update the Personalized Tokens.

Step 7: Then update your Review Link under the Email Message Content Box.

Click email. Then toggle the Enable job completion survey emails. And finally, customize to edit your survey.

NOTES:

  • We recommend sending yourself a test invoice to ensure the link is working before sending it to customers.

  • To obtain your review link go to Reviews > Invites > Your Review Link and click the Copy button.
