Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you integrate the Unify review link from your job survey into Service Titan.
Step 1: Log into Service Titan and Click the Settings Icon
Step 2: Select Communications
Step 3: Choose Customer Notifications and click Text and Email in the Job Completion Surveys field.
Step 4: Click the Text tab and ensure that the toggle switch is turned on!
Step 6: Paste your Review Link into the Text Message Content box.
Click Customize to edit your survey message and insert your Review Link Short URL.
Update the Personalized Tokens.
Step 7: Then update your Review Link under the Email Message Content Box.
Click email. Then toggle the Enable job completion survey emails. And finally, customize to edit your survey.
NOTES:
We recommend sending yourself a test invoice to ensure the link is working before sending it to customers.
To obtain your review link go to Reviews > Invites > Your Review Link and click the Copy button.
