Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you integrate our Shorten Review Link from your job survey into Service Titan.
Step 1: Log into Service Titan and Click the Settings Icon
Step 2: Select Communications
Step 3: Choose Customer Notifications
Step 4: Click Job Completion Surveys
Step 5: Click the Text tab and ensure that the toggle switch is turned on!
Step 6: Paste your Review Link into the Text Message Content box.
Click Customize to edit your survey message and insert your Review Link.
Update the Personalized Tokens.
Step 7: Then update your Review Link under the Email Message Content Box.
Click email. Then toggle the Enable job completion survey emails. And finally, customize to edit your survey.
NOTES:
We recommend sending yourself a test invoice to ensure the link is working before sending it to customers.
To obtain your review link go to Unify Reviews > Management > Shorten Review Link.
