With Unify Reviews, you can effortlessly gather feedback from various platforms and locations, allowing your customers to leave reviews where it matters most. This helps strengthen your online presence and reputation.
Review Landing Page
The Review Landing Page is a key component of Unify Reviews' feedback and reputation management system. It acts as the customer-facing entry point after a review request is sent, helping your team collect valuable feedback while protecting your business from negative feedback. When a customer visits the page, they will see the survey question: “Did the company meet your expectations?”.
Depending on their response, the system routes them in one of two directions:
If they click “Yes”: The customer is directed to your preferred public review platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Yelp) to leave a positive review.
If they click “No”: The customer is shown a Negative Feedback Form, where they can share their concerns or dissatisfaction confidentially.
Negative Review Mitigation
This routing system is the backbone of our Negative Review Mitigation feature. It intercepts unhappy customer experiences before they reach public platforms, helping you protect your brand reputation. Instead of a 1-star review on Google, you get a chance to resolve the issue privately and turn a negative experience into a service recovery opportunity.
Each of these negative feedback forms is:
Comes with an Automatic Reply that you can customize
Tied to the employee who sent the review request
Logged in your dashboard for easy follow-up
Kept internal, so you can act before any damage is done
This proactive approach allows you to identify problems early, retain dissatisfied customers, and prevent public backlash.
Add Multiple Review Links in Unify Reviews
By adding review links to your account, you give customers the option to choose their preferred platform (such as Google, Facebook, or Yelp) when they land on your Review Landing Page. Customers can access your landing page through review invites sent via email, text, or QR code. This process increases the likelihood of receiving reviews, while enhancing your reputation across various platforms.
To set it up, simply navigate to Management > Review Links, then add the appropriate URL for each platform you'd like to feature. The table below lists all supported platforms. Once configured, your landing page will display those options, making the review process quick, intuitive, and customer-friendly.
Handling Multiple Locations? No Problem!
If your business has multiple Google Business Profiles (GBP) or locations, we’ve got you covered. Simply share your GBP links with our team, and we’ll update your account accordingly. To ensure customers are directed to the correct location, enable the Location Option under the Management section.
When customers visit your review landing page, they’ll be prompted to select the location where they received service. Based on their selection, they'll be redirected to the corresponding GBP for that location.
Note that each location will have its own unique review link and QR code.
Enabling the Select Default Location button will automatically set the location currently selected in your dashboard as the default on the Review Landing Page. When a customer selects Yes, they’ll be directed to that location’s Google Business Profile (GBP) or assigned review link.
Start collecting reviews where they count most — and let your happy customers speak for you.
