Understanding and tracking various performance metrics is key to evaluating and improving your online reputation and user engagement. Learn about the important metrics found in the Unify Reviews platform.
Once logged in on your computer, go to ✩ Reviews and click on the Dashboard tab. From here, you will be able to view different data points.
Default Location
If you're managing multiple locations, you can easily set a default location using the drop-down menu at the top of the Reviews Dashboard (as shown below).
The selected location will then load by default each time you open the dashboard.
Customer Satisfaction Score
Tracking customer satisfaction scores helps you gauge the overall sentiment of your customers and maintain a strong reputation. It's made of these key components:
Review Summary: Overview of your customer feedback.
Platform Ratings: A snapshot of your ratings across platforms.
Reviews and Ratings Over Time: Trend analysis of your reviews.
Employee Leaderboard: A breakdown of employee-level performance based on the reviews and responses linked to them.
Review Distribution
This shows how your reviews are spread across various platforms, giving you insight into your overall online presence. Monitoring this data helps you understand where your customers are leaving reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen your visibility across different sites.
