How to Access the Schedule Assistant
In your dashboard, click the Schedule Assistant tab in the left-hand navigation menu which will direct you to the 5-step setup wizard.
Step 1: Set Your Automation Timeframe
Choose how many days of content you would like to automate (ranging from 1 to 14 days). Select your preferred duration from the Schedule Posts dropdown menu.

Choose which social media accounts will receive automated posts. Each connected platform has an On/Off toggle on the left-hand side; switch it to On to enable automation for that specific account.
Step 3: Define Your Posting Schedule
Open the Queue Settings for your selected platform to manage exactly when your content goes live:
Set Time Slots: Click Add Time to select your daily upload times.
Frequency: You can schedule up to two posts per day per platform.
Manage Slots: To remove a specific time, click the Trash/Delete icon.
Save: Click Save within the Queue Settings to lock in your schedule.
Step 4: Select Content Categories
To ensure the automated content is relevant to your audience, select the appropriate categories for your business from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: Finalize and Submit
Click Submit to save your preferences and activate the automation. You’re all set!
If you need to refresh your upcoming content or start over, check the box labeled "Clear All Scheduled Posts And Regenerate New Posts" at any time to reset your queue with fresh content.
Maximize Your Results
Now that your automation is configured, use these strategic tips to ensure your content reaches the widest possible audience:
The Morning Check-In (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM): Many users browse social media as they start their day, making this a prime time for "top-of-mind" awareness.
The Mid-Day Break (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM): Mobile traffic typically spikes during lunch hours as people step away from work to check their personal feeds.
The Evening Wind-Down (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM): This is often the highest engagement window for consumer-facing industries as users relax at home.
Quality Over Quantity: While you can schedule multiple times, we recommend starting with one high-quality daily post to maintain a consistent presence without overwhelming your followers.
Consistency is the key to building a loyal online community. With your schedule now running on autopilot, you can stay connected with your audience around the clock while keeping your focus on the daily operations of your business.
