Unify Social Settings

Manage permissions for creating and approving social media posts through your Unify Social Settings!

Access Settings

Inside the Unify Social dashboard, click the Settings tab on the left side navigation menu.

Post Personalization

Update your business information to ensure that the company details in each post are current. In the Post Personalization section, you can edit your Company Name, Website, Company Email Address, and Company Phone Number. Ensure you select the correct time zone by going to the Timezone menu on the upper right hand side so that your automated posts are scheduled accurately. Once you've made your changes, click the Update Details button to save them.

User Settings

Update your User Settings to ensure that Company Managers and Members assigned to create and approve posts have the appropriate access.

Approve User Posts

Click the drop-down menu and select the individuals responsible for approving scheduled posts. Alternatively, you can check the box next to Auto Add New Managers as Approvers to automatically assign new managers as approvers. Submit to apply the changes.

Create User Posts

Similarly, use the drop-down menu to select those responsible for creating posts. To grant automatic access to new user accounts, check the box next to Auto Add New Members as Creators. Make sure to hit Submit to save the updates.


Notification Settings
Posts that fail to upload will be listed in the Failed to Publish section. To set up alerts, select the team members who should receive notifications from the drop-down menu. Click Submit to save your changes.


Categories Settings

Select the categories that best represent your company's services. This will help organize and showcase your offerings on social media platforms, making it easier for customers to find and engage with your business. Use the drop-down menu to choose from the available industries, then click Submit to save your selections..

Accounts Settings

Set your privacy preferences for Tiktok by selecting the desired option from the Privacy Status drop-down menu—whether you want your video to be public, visible to mutual friends, or private. You can also enable or disable users' permission to comment, stitch, or duet your video. Lastly, hit the Submit button to capture your desired account settings.

Canva Settings

Canva is also integrated with Unify Social. To get started, simply click the Connect to Canva button, which will direct you to the Canva login page. After logging in, you can quickly connect your Canva account to the dashboard.

Once connected, head to the Compose window to begin creating your content with Canva.
