Access Unify Social
To access Unify Social, click the Access button under the Unify Social logo on the homepage, or select the Unify Social tab in the main navigation menu. You will be directed to the Linked Accounts section of Unify Social where you can see the different social media platforms you can connect to the system.
Compose a Post
To create a new post, click the Compose button. Now, inside the Compose window, click the drop-down list to select the profile you’d like to upload your content to. Then, choose the corresponding social media account. A checkmark will appear next to the selected accounts.
In order for the profiles to appear, you should link your social media accounts in the Linked Accounts section. |
Once you've checked the accounts, click outside the drop-down list to explore the various tabs, each offering different ways to create posts. Let’s walk through each of them.
Content Tab
Create your custom post using the text box, and upload company images by clicking the Upload Image button. You can also conveniently add shortcodes for personalization. Learn more about shortcodes here.
At the bottom of the Compose window, you will find the options for your Google Business Profile by clicking the drop-down menu. Once your post is complete, click the Next Action drop-down menu to choose your next step.
The Next Action menu includes the following options:

AI Content Generation
Create posts with the help of AI! Start by clicking the AI Content Generation tab within the Compose window.
Outline your post by providing a brief instruction on the type of content you need.
Next, select the Tone of Content from the drop-down menu, with options like Friendly, Conversational, Informative, and more.
If you’d like your business details to appear in the post, toggle the Contact Information section.
Once you're ready, click the Generate button to see what AI can create for you. You can generate content as many times as needed until you find the one that best suits your needs. Once you're satisfied, click the Use Content button.
Then click the Next Action for the next step.
AI Image Generation
No photos available to attach to your social media post? AI Image Generation comes in handy!
Click the AI Image Generation tab.
Start by setting the type of image you want by clicking the Image Style drop-down list which provides a variety of options.
Toggle the Image Based on Content option if you are looking for an image that goes with the content you have just finished putting together.
If you have more specific instructions, you can disable the Image Based on Content option by toggling it off. A text box will appear underneath where you can outline instructions for the image request. Don't forget to set the Image Style. Then hit the Generate button.
Once you hit the Generate button, the system will take a few seconds to send back images based on your chosen style and content. You can do as many tries as needed.
Select the image you’ve chosen by clicking on it, and you’ll be directed to the image section of the Content tab. Now, you're ready to choose an option from the Next Action drop-down menu.
Content Library
Our extensive Content Library houses preloaded posts tailored to your industry.
Click the Content Library tab to find pre-drafted posts for different home industries. Start by selecting the appropriate Categories to filter relevant topics.
Next, pick the platform you want to post to by clicking the account from the Platforms menu. Then hit the Search button.
Browse and select the one you prefer.
The post will be added to the Content tab where you can edit it or proceed with the Next Action.
You can also save the selected post to your Custom Library by toggling the Save Post button located at the lower-left corner.
